Since 1993, Community Support Associates, Inc. (CSA) has been providing residential, case management, vocational, outreach, and recreational services to adults with traumatic brain injuries, other disabilities and the aging population living on Cape Cod and the Islands. Our goal is to assist individuals in living as independently and with the highest quality of life possible. In order to accomplish this, we offer services that are consumer centered, functional and flexible. With the addition of Case Management Professionals, a division of CSA, we are able to provide an emphasis on care to the older adult, their families and caregivers.

Case Management Professionals won Mom’s approval day one and provided us as caregivers expert guidance as we navigated early to later stage Alzheimer's with our mother. Not being local, we relied on CMP to handle a multitude of medical appointments and situations which enabled us to travel less often and Mom to live independently longer. We are truly grateful for this service and highly recommend CMP.
